A ground-up farmhouse near Allentown for an active family of five, designed with architect Christopher Carrigan of Historical Concepts and published in Modern Farmhouse Style, Beautiful Kitchens & Baths and Hoffman Media’s Dream Cottages. The olive-green kitchen sits against reclaimed brick, and the sunroom beside it, finished in nickel-gap paneling, plantation shutters and wicker, holds a custom daybed made for reading and napping.
