From Beaufort to Daufuskie, the Lowcountry is the studio’s focus. Lisa also continues to work with longtime clients along the East Coast, from the Philadelphia Main Line to coastal New Jersey and North Carolina.
Bluffton, South Carolina
Where Lisa and JC first fell in love with the Lowcountry, over a birthday weekend at the inn. They later built their own home here in phases, and Lisa has since designed new cottages in the community, from plan review to move-in.
South Carolina
A second home refreshed into a complete renovation, an ongoing Sea Pines project for a longtime client, and a new coastal cottage under way on Daufuskie Island, a short boat ride away.

Home. Two of the studio’s most personal projects are here, the Old Tabby Links Cottage and the Lowcountry Waterfront Home, and Lisa and JC’s own marsh-front renovation is the subject of the journal.

Beyond the Lowcountry
Some of my clients’ homes were designed remotely, with photographs, FaceTime and shared resources, including a new build on an island with no roads or bridges. I still work with longtime clients on the Philadelphia Main Line, in coastal New Jersey and in North Carolina.
